Brack Capital Properties B.V. was incorporated as a private company in June 2006 in the Netherlands. In May 2010, it became a public company and offered its shares to the public in Israel through a prospectus in November 2010. Its shares were subsequently listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange in December 2010.
